As a learner, you have access to an on-demand training library. This training library is populated with courses which you can start and complete yourself without having been assigned to them.
The selection of these courses is done by your admin, and can change at any time based on your company's needs.
Accessing a course from the Explore section
To access your on-demand training library, click on Explore from the main menu in your Learning Area.
To start a course, click Start.
Courses which you pause, can be continued at a later stage. Paused courses are kept on the top part of your Explore section.
You can filter the list of courses by category using the Filter on the top of your screen.
