What is the Course Feedback Tool and how can admins use it?
The Course Feedback Tool is designed to capture learner feedback at the end of each successfully completed course in Innform. Administrators can activate this feature by following these simple steps:
Access Account Settings: Log in to your Innform admin account and navigate to the Account Settings section.
Go to Content & Library: Within the Account Settings, find and select the Content & Library option.
Activate the Course Feedback Tool: Locate the Course Feedback Tool option and toggle it to "Enabled." This enables the feedback prompt for learners upon course completion.
Once the Course Feedback Tool is activated, learners will automatically be presented with the opportunity to provide feedback upon successfully completing a course. They can rate the course using a 1-5 star rating system and provide additional text feedback to elaborate on their experience.
Administrators can access and review the feedback in two locations:
Track Section: In the Track section > Training items, administrators can view an overview of the course feedback received. This provides a high-level understanding of learner satisfaction and sentiments.
Course Detail Page: By clicking on the course title within the Track section, administrators can access the course detail page, which includes more detailed feedback from learners. This allows admins to gain deeper insights into specific areas of strength and areas for improvement within each course.
The Course Feedback Tool empowers administrators to evaluate the effectiveness of their courses, identify areas for enhancement, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the learning experience.
