With Innform, you only pay for the users who are active on the platform.

At any point during the billing cycle, account owners can deactivate a learner's or admin's account, effectively 'freezing' it for later use. When deactivated, the account owner is not charged for the account/s in the next billing cycle.

What happens when a user account is deactivated?

The account owner will stop paying for that account in their next billing cycle and the user loses all access into Innform.

All data remains in tact and accessible. The user will regain access to both the data and Innform it self once the account is activated once again.

Can I replace a user with another so I don't have to pay extra?

Yes, with Innform you can replace one user with another. Let's say one user leaves as another joins. You can keep both accounts and sets of data separate, but swap their 'seats'. Meaning you will continue to pay for one single user and optimise on your monthly or annual spend of said seat.

To replace a user with another:

1) Go to their profile, then account details.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Replace form the Replace user account box.

Can I freeze an account and re-activate it at a future date?

Yes, you will not pay for the time during which the account is deactivated and all data is kept secure and accessible by admins.

To Freeze a user account:

1) Go to their profile, then account details.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Freeze form the Freeze user account box.

Can I set a date in the future when the account should be frozen?

To set a Freeze date:

1) Go to their profile, then account details.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Set a freeze date form the Freeze user account box.
3) Set a freeze date (and optionally, and unfreeze date) and click Save

Can I delete users permanently?

Yes. To delete a user:

1) Go to their profile, then account details.
2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete.
