How do I manage admin roles and permissions?

If you are the Super Admin (Account owner) you can change a person's role at any point.

You can change a person's role from their Account details section on the Profile page.

To manage the roles and permission of an admin, follow these steps:

1) Locate the admin from the people section (or elsewhere on the platform) and click their name to access their Profile page

2) Click on Account details

3) Scroll down the Account details page to view the roles and permissions of this user. The role of the user can be switched to either a Learner or a Super Admin from this area. You can also change this admin's permissions into any properties and groups that they are an admin of.

Note: Once assigned as an admin to a Property or Group, the admin will have access to any person, tracking information, courses and assignments that are associated with that property or group.
