Gamification features can be found all over your Learning area. With these features, you are able to collect points for your achievements. When you collect points, you can climb up the leaderboard and engage in some healthy competition with your fellow learners.

Sometimes, you are rewarded with points when completing courses and quizzes. You can check how many points you have accumulated by checking the gamification cards from your learning area.

The more points you have, the more likely are your chances of climbing up the leaderboard. Every learner has an equal chance to reach the top position on the leaderboard. To reach first place, complete all your training and answer the quizzes as best you can.
