You can update Innform with your company's logo and colours to give you learners an on-brand learning experience.
Upload your logos
To update your logo follow these steps:
1) Go to Account settings by clicking on the menu on the top right of your screen
2) Click on Appearance
3) Start by replacing the Innform logo with your company logo.
There are two logos you will need to upload:
a) A logo on white background
b) A logo on a dark background
The colour of the dark background can be updated later.
Upload your logo in Jpeg or PNG format.
We recommend the following dimensions: 540px*190px
Login page Background image
Once you have updated your logo, you also have the possibility to define the background on your Login screen.
Once you have uploaded your login screen will look similar to the example below:
Learning Area Background image
You also have the possibility to define the background on your Learning area. The image will be shown at the top of the learning area.
If a Theme colour is defined, this will be used as a transparent overlay. If you don't define a Theme colour, the system will use the default overlay colour (Grey).
Scroll down to the bottom of the Appearance section to update your colours. You can simply paste the colour codes into the fields as seen below.
You can update your Primary colours like Buttons, Secondary colours like Continue Buttons, Text colour, Gamification card colours, Leaderboard items and Badge related colours.
You can also define a Theme colour.
The Theme colour will affect your Footer, the background of the Manuals section and the top of the Learner Page.
You can see a preview of your changes whilst updating the colours.
Once you are happy with your updates, click Save.
Your learners' learning area will now be displayed in your brand colours showing the background image.
