For online meetings / calls on Innform, you can connect your Zoom account and generate/schedule Zoom calls directly from Innform.

Note: Each Admin that wants to create and host an online session with Zoom has to connect his account with Innform as described below.

To connect your Zoom account to Innform take the following steps:

  1. Visit Account settings > Integrations

  2. Click on the "Connect Zoom Account" link

  3. Connect your Zoom account using your Zoom credentials

  4. Once successfully connected you will be redirected back to the Innform Account settings

To disconnect your Zoom account on the Zoom Marketplace take the following steps:

  1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Innform app.

  3. Click the Innform app.

  4. Click Uninstall.

To disconnect your Zoom account on Innform take the following steps:

  1. Visit Account settings > Integrations

  2. Click on the "Disconnect Zoom Account" link

  3. The system will automatically deauthorize Innform on your Zoom account
