How do I manage languages on Innform?

Innform is a multilingual training platform. Users can change the language of their interface and content.

There are three ways to change languages on Innform:

  1. Changing the language of your admin area

  2. Changing the language a learning area

  3. Changing the default language of your authoring tool (you can automatically translate your training items to other language from the authoring tool it self)

Note 1: The multilingual features are only available on Innform Pro. Users on Innform Pro can change these languages at any point.

Note 2: Innform is currently supported in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Greek, Chinese (traditional), Japanese, Hungarian, Czech and Polish. More languages are regularly rolled out.

How to change the language of your Innform admin area and training content:

1) Browse to your Innform admin area
2) Choose My profile and click on the Account details tab
3) Select the language from the Preferred language dropdown menu

Note 1: Language changes done on the admin area will automatically affect the admin's learning area.

Note 2: Admins can change the language a learner sees their learning area and learning content in, using the steps above.

How a learner can change their language from the learning area:

1) Browse to your Innform learning area
2) Choose My profile and click on the Account details tab
3) Select the language from the Preferred language dropdown menu

How you can update the default language of the Innform authoring tool:

1) Go to Account settings by using the menu on the top right
2) Click the Default course language dropdown and select a language
