Go to the Account Settings: Log in to your Innforms admin account and navigate to the Account Settings section.
Access General Settings: Within the Account Settings, locate the General tab and click on it to access the related settings.
Enable Discuss: Look for the Discuss option and toggle it to "Enabled." This will activate the overall discussion feature on your account.
Activate General Discussion: Once the discussion feature is enabled, you can choose which discussion boards to activate. To enable the General Discussion Board, find the corresponding toggle on the page and select it.
