The Innform royalty-free image library, which is powered by Unsplash, can be used in the following ways:
To add images to your training items (Such as courses and manuals)
To add a cover photo to your training items
To use the royalty-free image library in a training item:
Create a new course or edit an existing one
Navigate to a section, click an editable area and then click the blue plus sign. The file library will load on the left hand side of the screen.
Click on Free Photos
Search for an image using the search bar
Select an image and click use this asset
To use the royalty-free image library to add a cover photo to your training items:
Create a new training item or edit an existing one
On the basic information section of the training item, find the cover photo on th right hand side of the screen and click upload cover photo (or edit, when a photo has already been uploaded)
Click Choose a royalty-free image
Search for an image
Select an image and click use this asset
