To record a Zoom meeting on Innform you need to be on a paid Zoom plan. When possible, Innform will trigger the recording functionality automatically. You can also trigger the record functionality within Zoom manually.

Once the meeting is completed the recording will be transferred to your Innform account and learners will have the possibility to re-watch the meeting in their call details page.

If a learner didn't manage to attend the original meeting, they will have the possibility to watch the meeting at a later stage.
