Innform Pricing — Plans, Volume Tiers & Calculator
Innform uses volume-based tiered pricing — the more users on your account, the lower the price per user. Pricing is available in GBP, EUR and USD.
How billing works
You are billed for every user account that is not archived. This includes users who haven't logged in recently — billing is based on account status, not login activity.
To stop being charged for a user, archive their profile. Archived users are not billed in the next billing period.
When you reactivate an archived user, billing resumes from the next billing period.
Adding users mid-cycle is prorated — you pay only for the remaining days in the billing period.
Switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Unused time is prorated. Annual billing gives approximately 10% off.

Volume pricing tiers
Your price per user depends on the total number of users on your account. The unit price shown applies to all users once that tier is reached.
Starter plan
Includes: 10 custom courses, multiple properties, tracking & reporting, quizzes.

Add-ons
Add-ons are available on Starter, Essential, and Pro plans and are billed per user on top of your base plan price.
Innform Skills Course Library — access to a library of 100+ ready-made hospitality video courses. Multilingual on Pro. Contact support for current pricing.
SCORM Export — export courses as SCORM 1.2 or 2004. Available as an add-on to Essential and Pro, or as a standalone package. Contact support for pricing.
Translation token packages — additional tokens for translating course content. Contact support for packages and pricing.

The unit price shown for your tier applies to all users on the account.
30 users on Essential (GBP): 30 falls in the 21–50 tier → 30 × £1.94 = £58.20/month
80 users on Essential (EUR): 80 falls in the 51–100 tier → 80 × €2.16 = €172.80/month
200 users on Pro (GBP): 200 falls in the 151–250 tier → 200 × £3.52 = £704/month
400 users on Starter (USD): 400 falls in the 351–500 tier → 400 × US$1.05 = US$420/month
800 users on Pro (EUR): 800 falls in the 751+ tier → 800 × €2.21 = €1,768/month
Common pricing questions
Q: What triggers billing for a user?
A: Any user account that exists and is not archived. You do not need to log in to be billed — simply having a non-archived account is enough.
Q: How do I stop being charged for a user who has left?
A: Archive their profile in the People section. They will not be billed in the next billing period.
Q: Can I mix currencies?
A: No — one currency applies to your entire account. Choose your currency when you first subscribe.
Q: Is there a minimum number of users?
A: No minimum. Plans scale from 1 user upwards.
